Saturday, May 2nd, 10 am - 12 pm at Colony Lakes Pool House

Join us for a splashing good time! It's the first day our community pool will be open. Make sure you have your pool tags to enter the pool area.

Raffle
Popsicles
Crafts

To obtain pool tags, go to www.crest-management.com and click "request a pool tag". All pool tags will be distributed by mail. Pool tags will NOT be distributed at the Pool Opening Celebration. Check your mailbox for more details.

POOL HOURS

The pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. If a holiday falls on a Monday, the pool will be open for the holiday and will be closed on Tuesday.

Area Construction:

You can find updated construction information at the Missouri City web site under their Capital Improvement Program.

**You are welcome to send calls to the MC Public Works office if more information is needed.

Architectural Control:

Remember that any change to your property which affects its exterior, whether modifications or cosmetic, requires ACC approval PRIOR to beginning the project. This includes lighting, doors and fences as well as many other items. Anything built without approval may have to be removed or dismantled at owners expense.

If you have any concerns over neighborhood covenants/deed restrictions/rules and regulations or questions about financial obligations, you may contact Crest Management at 281 947 4628 . All contractor signs should be removed from your yard once the work is completed.
