ABOUT CREST MANAGEMENT
 
Established in 1993, Crest provides management services to over sixty (60) single family and commercial associations throughout Harris County and F. Bend County. With a staff of 25 Managers, Accountants, and support staff, Crest can coordinate the services of your community and provide expert and detailed attention to your needs.
 
Crest is part of the elite group of community association management companies that have earned the Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) designation from the Community Associations Institute. As one of the first 100 companies in 22 states nationally to meet the rigid performance standards required to earn this designation, the AAMC designation demonstrates our commitment to professionalism, customer satisfaction, and continuing education for our employees.
 
We believe the role between Crest and the community is to advise the Board of directors, implement the decisions and policies established by the Board and the association, coordinate with the Board to guarantee that the maintenance of the property is consistent with the standards of the community and the industry, and provide administrative support for the community. This frees the Board from day to day involvement in the operation and activities of the community allowing more efficient and effective use of time and resources.
 
Our goal is to provide quality service to our communities and we focus on continually improving customer satisfaction and creating excellent long-term relationships. The goal is achieved in two ways: (1) by keeping the ratio of Crest personnel to projects higher than our competitors, thus giving you, the client, the kind of personal service you need and deserve; and (2) by utilizing our in-field computer program ADL which enables us to have instant access to each individual homeowners records. Our highly qualified staff is motivated and educated in community relations, maintenance fee collections, cost controls, contract negotiations, financial reporting, architectural review tracking, and deed restriction enforcement.
 
Our objectives are to achieve the goals of your community in the most economical and efficient manner, protect the investment of each property owner, and help provide a pleasant atmosphere in which the residents can live and play.
