Architectural Control:
Remember that any change to your property which affects its exterior, whether modifications or cosmetic, requires ACC approval PRIOR to beginning the project. This includes lighting, doors and fences as well as many other items. Anything built without approval may have to be removed or dismantled at owners expense.
