As per Board and Management resolution, website access to restricted pages will only be granted to registered OWNERS and confirmed residents of a Colony Lakes residence. Residency confirmation will consist of a utility bill with the applicants name and the address of the residence.

Remember that any change to your property which affects its exterior, whether modifications or cosmetic, requires ACC approval PRIOR to beginning the project. This includes lighting, doors and fences as well as many other items. Anything built without approval may have to be removed or dismantled at owners expense.
